Here’s what you need to know about shopping with us:

All Sales Are Final – but we’re happy to offer in-store exchanges within 14 days with proof of purchase.

For online orders:

If something sells out after you’ve purchased, you can swap for another item or receive a refund.

If we make a mistake with your order, simply send the item back to us and we’ll happily issue a refund or send out the correct exchange. (Please note we don’t provide return labels.)

Instagram Bundle Sales: All sales are final. E-transfer must be received within 24 hours or your claim will be released.

E-Transfer Orders: Payment is due within 4 hours of order confirmation to hold your items.
